This page explains what information mappinhk.com collects and how Mappin uses it. Mappin is a registered business in Hong Kong and follows the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

What this website collects

This website has no forms and no accounts. It doesn't ask for your name, phone number or email.

Analytics

We use two tools to see how many people visit and which buttons they use.

• Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits, pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and clicks on our WhatsApp and email buttons. Google may process this data outside Hong Kong. Google's advertising features are turned off. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

We use this information only to improve the website. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive your name, number or email address and what you write. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our service. We keep it only as long as we need it for that.

WhatsApp and email providers also handle your messages under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll reply within 40 days.
